Each member of the leadership team brings a unique perspective and a proven track record of success in their field of expertise.
Peter Resnick, Co-Founder
Peter Resnick is the co-founder of XB Fulfillment. Over his 30 year career Peter has helped operate and build rapidly growing businesses in the healthcare, electronics and automotive manufacturing and distribution industries where he has held a variety of senior executive roles in operations and finance for both public and privately-held businesses.
Prior to co-founding XB Fulfillment, Peter was the Chief Operating Officer for PDC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brady Corp., and a global leader in patient safety identification products to the healthcare market. In this role, Peter was responsible for overseeing global manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, information technology, and human resources. Prior to joining PDC, via the acquisition of The St. John Companies, a manufacturer and distributor of specialty consumable healthcare supplies where Peter was a minority owner, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer. In this role Peter helped grow the business four-fold over 10 years, including leading three strategic acquisitions and integrations, and led several plant start-ups and plant relocation projects. Prior to St. John, Peter was the Vice President and Corporate Controller for NYSE Bell Industries, an industrial distributor, and before that he was the Assistant Corporate Controller for NYSE Superior Industries International, Inc., an original equipment manufacturer of cast aluminum road wheels to the global automotive industry. At Superior, in addition to Peter’s finance responsibilities, he helped oversee several plant start-ups.
Peter is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in economics and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
Miguel Ruiloba, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Miguel is a co-founder and Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in global logistics distribution, supply chain and transportation management. Miguel has held a variety of sales management positions where he has led the successful implementation and expansion of sales strategies and new logistics services in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Miguel was most recently at FedEx Services where he spent over 18 years and held multiple positions in domestic and international sales management in Los Angeles, Memphis, and Miami. During that time he has led the implementation of new products and distribution services throughout Latin America. He was responsible for setting up cross border sales along the southern United States border. His team supported multinational corporations in developing supply chain and direct distribution solutions in the Latin American market.
Miguel is a graduate from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Spanish. Miguel is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dave Rice, Vice President, Operations
Dave is a co-founder and the Vice President, Operations. He has over 35 years of operational leadership experience in global distribution, supply chain, logistics and transportation management. Dave has held a variety of senior leadership roles in growing businesses in the healthcare and automotive industries in both public and privately-held businesses. He has been responsible for 25 facility moves, consolidations, and start-up operations globally.
Most recently, Dave was the Director of Corporate Distribution for PDC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brady Corp., and a global leader in patient safety identification products to the healthcare market. Dave’s responsibilities in this role were to oversee global supply chain operations and distribution for multiple distribution facilities in the United States, Mexico and Europe as well as managing 3PLs and large suppliers located throughout the world. Dave was instrumental in the restructuring of PDC’s operations after its acquisition of The St. John Companies, which included relocating and consolidating several facilities. Prior to joining PDC, via the acquisition of The St. John Companies, a manufacturer and distributor of specialty consumable healthcare supplies, Dave was the Director of Corporate Distribution. Dave’s responsibilities in this role included overseeing the company’s expanding and rapidly growing supply chain and distribution operations in the United States and Mexico as well as global supply chain. While at St. John, Dave was responsible for designing, then starting up and overseeing the Company’s Mexican-based US and global distribution footprint. Before St. John, Dave was the Director of Distribution for NYSE Superior Industries International, Inc., an original equipment manufacturer of cast aluminum road wheels to the global automotive industry. At Superior, Dave oversaw distribution operations for this $800 million global manufacturer which included starting up and running multiple manufacturing and distribution centers located in North America.
